Phyllis Barnes is a quick-witted F.B.I. Special Agent with a keen mind and a deep sense of honor and justice. She’s got an unerring bullshit detector and is an outstanding judge of character. She’s serious, but not without a sense of humor and in many ways is the model of what a Bureau agent should be. She’s also a Sherlock-Holmes-level detective, able to pick out the smallest inconsistencies and details at a glance, and draw astounding conclusions from her observations.

The Cast’s first encounter with Special Agent Barnes was when she and her partner entered the Hive Arcana looking for Danny. After helping him slip out, Henry delivered a quick-thinking excuse to try and throw the agents off his trail. They left…but a bit too easily.
