Megan Lewis is the head of the Pittsburgh Pariahs, such as she is…the Pariahs are rather un-organized by their very nature. She runs a homeless shelter in East Liberty where Sandra sometimes volunteers, and where Henry has spent many a night during his tenure on the streets. She is also well known to Klaus, who made it a point to contact the local Pariahs on his arrival in Pittsburgh, and it is largely due to her association with him and the original Blake Investigations team that Megan was able to lift herself up, get off the streets, and start a life helping those in situations like her own dark past.
